My husband and I were going to see a performance at LA Live and this was one of the places I had saved to check out. It was a Thursday night and we were sat right away. The chips, salsa and beans were delicious. My husband wanted a burrito which we didn’t see on the menu, but we asked and were told they could make him one. He got the wet steak burrito and I got but shrimp and crab taquitos. He enjoyed his burrito. I was a little disappointed by the size of my taquitos, but they were very tasty. I ordered a Cadillac margarita and it was served in a smaller glass than what I’m use to, but it was VERY good. All and all, we’d definitely come back and try other things next time we’re in the area.

Stopped in for dinner while in town for a conference and so glad I did. Besides being lucky to have a table with both a street view and a perfect view of a World Series game, the food was super fresh and I discovered what May we’ll be the best dessert I e ever had. Why have my Mexican friends been holding out about Butter Cake?? I wish I pictures also recorded smell!

The margarita flight (a sample of 4 different margaritas in miniature form, so cute) and they have fresh chips and salsa with beans to dip the chips in and it is 🤤🤤🤤🤤 I got the chef’s special, it was ok. Everyone was super nice and the service was great and I would definitely go back, perfect place for Happy Hour or girl dinner with the crew the food is ok but the chips and salsa slaps 🤤 so damn good service is it or miss I went one time and had great service, then again and not so great not bad, just could tell it was short staffed and everything took forever

The food was delicious, starting with my coconut margarita. Your choose which tequila to use, they had about a dozen brands to choose from. My daughter had the taquiza from the appetizer section as her dinner. I had the lobster enchilada, chunks of lobster meat with serranto tomatillo cream sauce. I had no room for dessert, unfortunately. Service was good. We ate at their outdoor table since there was a party going on inside and it was so loud.

I walked in around 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon craving Mexican food and a drink and lucky for me…it just so happened to be happy hour. So I happily took a seat. The kind gentleman at the bar took my order almost immediately; I went for the "Taquiza' street tacos and margarita - as pictured. I left to wash my hands in the men's room equipped with, what I call, 'luxury' hand soap and lotion, and came back to find not only my marg waiting for me, but a bonus platter of fresh, warm crunchy tortilla chips, salsa and a side of refried beans sprinkled with cheese to dip my chips in. Before I even get the chance to take a sip of my drink, right behind me comes a food runner dressed in all black, stealthily delivering the plate that is essentially the climax of my meal - an assortment of 4 double corn tortilla'd tacos with one of each meat stuffed in between - NY steak, chicken, shrimp, & carnitas. My taste buds were blown away, and I want the same experience for you, hungry reader. Get here as soon as you can...the clock is ticking.

A night filled with love, laughter, and mouth-watering flavors at the finest Mexican restaurant in town @solagave Date nights are always special, but when you add an upscale Mexican restaurant to the mix, it becomes an unforgettable experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was simply breathtaking. It was a perfect blend of traditional Mexican décor and modern elegance. The lighting was dim, the music was soft, and the aroma of spices was in the air. We were greeted at the door by the friendly staff and escorted to our table. We started off with an appetizer of lobster guacamole. The guacamole was delicious, and bacon wrapped prawns were Scrumptious! For our main course, we decided to try the seafood enchiladas, served with a side black refried beans. Rack of lamb, chorizo mash potatoes, and sauteed vegetables. To top it off, we ordered butter cake for dessert with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. The butter cake was rich, moist and flavor packed! Throughout the meal, the service was wonderful. Danny was attentive, and he made sure we felt pampered and special, and it was a night we will never forget. If you're looking for a romantic and unforgettable date night, I highly recommend this upscale Mexican restaurant.
